Hong Kong Short Film: New Action Express (NAE) is a pilot scheme launched by the Hong Kong Arts Centre aiming to promote excellent Hong Kong short films and videos locally and abroad.
By sponsoring local talents to engage in international film festivals and first-class cultural events overseas, they are introduced to global audiences so as to initiate intensive and rewarding exchanges.
