ifva Awards – Asian New Force Category
Jury Panel & Prizes

This year’s jurors for the Asian New Force Category include: Bede Cheng, Ying Liang, Jimmy Choi, Lav Diaz and more. The Gold Award winner will be presented with a HK$30,000 cash prize, a Blackmagic Cinema Camera and a trophy. Roundtrip flight tickets will be partially subsidised and hotel accommodation will be provided for the finalists in Asia Division to visit Hong Kong for “The 21st ifva Festival”.

【September Event Highlights】Overseas Exchange
Ars Electronica (Austria)

Jess Lau Ching-wa, who received Silver Award and Best Local Work of 20th ifva Awards Media Art Category, was sponsored to participate in Ars Electronica Festival. Her winning title The Fading Piece was also invited for exhibition at Ars Electranica.
